We all know that the presence of parking inspectors is a rare thing in this village. When they are here, do they act on this pavement obstruction? I suspect the answer is "no". Parking tickets need not be issued on first offences. Just a quiet word may well be all that is needed, not only to the drivers, but in the case of delivery vehicles, to the businesses that are receiving deliveries. "SKIP"
If any initiative can be started to alleviate the parking situation in the village, not just parking on pavements, but the general bad parking that constantly causes problems then I would willingly support it. Good Luck. "SKIP"
