Police officers / PCSOs can no longer enforce yellow line restrictions but still have powers to deal with obstructive parking by issue of a fixed penalty notice.

Having read the feature by the chap that did the pavement survey, then the parish council should get the wardens to go around eynsham putting tickets on cars, soon the villiage will get the message about parking, and make it easier for some of us disabled to get past, or better still have pictures published on here on a name and shame board...now theirs an idea
